HomeForward is based in Saratoga County and serves homeowners across the Capital Region, the Hudson Valley and Northeast Pennsylvania. If your town isn’t listed, just ask. We likely cover it.
Saratoga County
Saratoga Springs. From older homes near downtown to newer neighborhoods on the edges of the city, many Saratoga homes mix original construction with decades of updates. We help you sort out which systems and projects deserve attention first.
Ballston Spa and Milton. Village homes with history, plus rural properties with wells, septic systems and outbuildings. Our additional-structure add-on covers detached garages, barns and workshops.
Malta, Clifton Park and Halfmoon. Many homes here were built in the last few decades, which means roofs, furnaces, water heaters and decks are reaching replacement age around the same time. A plan helps you spread those costs out instead of facing them all at once.
Wilton, Greenfield, Middle Grove, Galway and Corinth. Larger lots, longer driveways and harder winters. We look at drainage, access and the things that make a rural home easier to maintain as you age.
Stillwater and Schuylerville. Riverside and farm-country homes where water management and older foundations often top the list.
Capital Region
Albany, Troy and Schenectady. Older city homes, rowhouses and multi-level layouts with steep stairs. These are some of the homes where aging-in-place planning makes the biggest difference.
Colonie, Latham, Niskayuna and Glenville. Established suburbs with homes that have seen several owners and several rounds of updates. We help you see the whole picture before your next project.
Hudson Valley
Columbia, Greene, Ulster and Dutchess counties. Historic village homes, farmhouses and weekend houses that have become full-time homes. Older construction, additions from different eras and long country driveways all shape what needs attention first, and whether the home will still work as you get older.
Kingston, Hudson and Poughkeepsie. City and river-town homes, many over a century old, where stairs, narrow entries and aging systems often top the list.
Northeast Pennsylvania
Scranton, Wilkes-Barre and the surrounding valley. Dave grew up in Northeast Pennsylvania and is back regularly, so this is home turf. The area is full of older two-story homes, twins and houses built into hillsides, with steep steps, basement stairs and older wiring and heating that deserve a close look, especially for families helping a parent stay in the home they’ve lived in for decades.
The Poconos and Back Mountain. Lake houses, vacation homes and rural properties, including second homes that owners are turning into retirement homes.
Hudson Valley and Pennsylvania assessments are scheduled around the days Dave is in the area. Reach out and we’ll find a date that works.
