That’s what we do. We walk your whole home, listen to your goals, and give you a clear roadmap: what needs attention now, what can wait, and what to plan and budget for. We don’t sell repairs or remodels, so our advice is always on your side.

Staying in the home you love

Our aging-in-place assessment looks at entrances, stairs, bathrooms, lighting and everyday usability, then gives you a practical plan to make the home safer and easier to live in, before a fall or health change makes it urgent. Independent by design
We don’t install, build or remodel, so we have no stake in which contractor you hire or how big the job gets. When you need a contractor, we’ll help you find a qualified one, and you decide who to hire. We never accept referral fees or commissions from contractors, so the only person we work for is you.

Is this a home inspection?
No. A home inspection evaluates a house for a buyer. We help owners plan, whether you’re staying for the long haul or getting ready to sell. Our assessment is visual and non-invasive, and it doesn’t replace engineering, code or environmental evaluations.
How long until I get my report?
Your roadmap is delivered within 3 to 5 business days, followed by a review call to walk through it together.
